OzForex

OzForex is an online foreign exchange and global payments provider and is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange under the code OFX. OzForex is part of the OzForex Group and was started in 1998 by Matthew Gilmour. OzForex Limited holds an Australian Financial Services License (AFSL) issued by ASIC to deal in foreign exchange.

 

UKForex

UKForex is a wholly owned subsidiary of OzForex, launched in 2005. The UKForex Board of Directors is made up of executives with excellent credentials and significant experience in foreign exchange and financial markets generally. UKForex is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FRN: 521566) for the provision of payment services.

 

CanadianForex

Launched in Canada in 2007, CanadianForex is a wholly owned subsidiary of OzForex focusing on North American markets. CanadianForex is registered with FINTRAC (Reporting Entity Number M08560392). The office is located in Toronto.

 

USForex

USForex is a wholly owned subsidiary of OzForex, which is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange under the code OFX. USForex is registered at a federal level with Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (“FinCEN”), a bureau of the United States Department of Treasury, as a Money Services Business.

 

NZForex

Launched in 2003, NZForex is the New Zealand brand and website of OzForex. NZForex is registered as a financial service provider under the Financial Service Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008.

 
 

Tranzfers

The popular Tranzfers.com service is owned and operated by OzForex Limited. Launched in 2003, Tranzfers offers international money transfers to expats and travellers around the world. OzForex Limited holds an Australian Financial Services License (AFSL) issued by ASIC to deal in foreign exchange.
